A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is required 6 weeks before stay (or full prepayment automatically if booking is within 6 weeks). Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations, and will only be transferred to a new reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
