A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is required 6 weeks before stay (or full prepayment automatically if booking is within 6 weeks). Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations, and will only be transferred to a new reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside the specified cancellation cannot be provided, if requested. Date exclusions and restrictions may apply, subject to occupancy and availability.
