Or head out to take part in one of the many events held across the region. Hauxley Nature Reserve – As spring unfurls, the native wildlife of Northumberland returns to our shores, meadows and skies. Spend time spotting your favourites at Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre, home to birds, butterflies and much more.
Whitehouse Farm Centre – If you’re travelling with the whole tribe, you’ll find something to keep all of the little ones entertained at Whitehouse Farm Centre.
